AirPod Pro Serial no: H3***KKT will not hold a charge & won't charge unless it's connected.

My right AirPod Pro will not hold a charge & won't charge unless charger cable is connected. I can charge with cable; but, as soon as I unplug, battery starts dying.

Troubleshooting Power Isses:


A. A Few Links to Visit:



B. Try the Following Tasks:

  • Hold Down the Button on the case for about 15 seconds.
  • Use an Apple Brand Cable - not a third party one - cool though it may look, a fabric, third-part cable would likely tear - (Apple cable's are plastic and are intended for Apple)
  • Remove the AirPod from the Case, then place it back in the charger. Perhaps it need to resync with he charger.


C. Keep Personal Info Off:

Important: These are open-ended user forums, and are available fore everyone out these to see. So, be certain to leave personal information, such as Serial Numbers off of forums, because once someone finds out the item, then may know to whom it pertains.
