Lost my iPhone 7 Plus and M erase my all data with Application find my phone and second day find it my phone but not back up my data please help me back up my all over data thanks

Hi,

You can also search your computer for any old backup that might have happened in the past when you might have connected your iPhone with computer to sync any data. You can refer the below link to see if you have any data backed up on your computer.
