No, just follow the instructions indicated by Roger Wilmut1 or in my post. If you are not familiar with links, they are blue text on a page. If you position your cursor over the blue text it will turn into a hand, and if you click it a new page will open with additional information.
I'm afraid you will need to erase the phone. Thbe page linked to at the top of this page tells you how to proceed.
