Cancel a subscription

Granddaughter 5 years old bought a 59.00 yearly subscription from Kiddopia this weekend on my phone. Have been following cancel instructions but don’t see the cancel option. What am I doing wrong?

Does the subscription show : How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support ?


If it does, what do you see for it ? If it's only giving you options to resubscribe it's either already been cancelled or wasn't set to auto-renew
