• Are These New Purhases?:

If you have just purchased these, then contact Apple, requesting a new download. Perhaps the purchase did not go through correctly (Occurs when losing the connection to Apple’s Servers.

• Delete then Re-download these:

If these are downloaded, delete these, and then redownload them(perhaps they are corrupted).

• Restart your Router:

If you are streaming these, then try restarting the router, seeing what then happens. Perhaps service got interrupted by something, such as a power surge, or utility work.
