how can i update my iPhone? It does not able to recognize cellular data.

You will need a wi-fi connection or a computer with wi-Fi or Ethernet. It will not update over cellular. However, with your iPhone 5S with iOS 12 you may not be be able to update anyway since iOS 12.5.2 is the highest current iOS available. If you still want to check, on your device, tap: Settings > General > Software Update.
