to clear up capacity should i delete the sunsuppoeted 32-bit apps from my macbook air

You might as well. They won't do any harm by being there, but they will never run so removing them will clear up space. Where possible you should use an actual uninstaller rather than simply deleting them - some apps have support files elsewhere. And most will have preference files, though as these are relatively small it doesn't make much difference.
