Appstore doesn’t work

My appstore doesn’t work, it is only downloading. My internet works well, LTE

Same "heavy" apps might require a wifi connection to be downloaded.

Make a test "borrowing" wifi connection from a friend, or asking for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.
