Why am I getting a recurrent 15.99 on my credit card from Apple?

I've gone to the "report a problem" and viewed my purchases which I agree with but it does not contain the !5.99 charged on the 8th of every month. It's not there.
One more thing I forgot to mention; it says internet after the apple icon and charge.
