received the bill from "APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE" this month . But didn’t subscriptions or purchases, how to ask apple to refund this money?

If you've looked at the purchase histories (including iCloud storage) of all accounts you have linked to the card(If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support): , contact the card issuer
