Importing Music Playlists to my new Macbook Air

I recently copied my Music files (Media folder and Music Library file) from a Time machine backup on external disc backup to my new Macbook Air. Everything is fine except I no longer have my Playlists. How can I get them?

They should have come over as part of the Music Library.musiclibrary package. Perhaps you could try restoring that file again and then option-starting-Music to make sure it is using your selected library file.
