M1 Mac Mini display support

Can the M1 Mac Mini run a 1440p 144hz display? Or will it only run it at 1440p but not display 60hz? And which display connectors would I use for this?

The M1 supports one display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz connected via Thunderbolt and one display with up to 4K resolution at 60Hz connected via HDMI 2.0.

see "Video Support" at > https://www.apple.com/mac-mini/specs/

Basically the cables and adapters required depend on what input connections the Displays offer.
