How to STAY connected to my wireless Brother printer

After YEARS of being able to print wirelessly from my iPhone and IPad Pro- a few days ago both items could not find my printer as an option when I went to print. I have tried every single thing that is suggested on the internet. I also called Brother. All devices are set up on the same WiFi network. I have repeatedly unplugged and started devices. And they are all set to the same IP address. I can get them to connect after all this- but it will not STAY connected and I have to do it all over again. I want to drop this thing off a Cliff.

They cannot all be set to the same IP address. Reset the router and use DHCP to assign IP addresses
