Could you please give more information about the subscription ? Did you activate it on Official Apple apps or on third parts websites ?
Try to see from the original guide on Apple if you're missing some steps.

I activated it from official apple app store
Please read all of the link that I posted. One of the steps in it should resolve the issue.
