Facetime call history log HELPPPP

Hi people

Can someone please tell me how I can retrieve my FaceTime history from 3-6 months ago.

I did not backup my iPhone, is this all lost

iPhone 11, iOS 14

I made 35 FaceTime calls on my iPhone in the last 3 months and my FaceTime phone log only lists 6 calls. How can I access the FaceTime phone log for these 29 other FaceTime calls?

For some reason, I can only see up to 2 weeks ago on my iphone. How do I view further back than that?

Launch the FaceTime app on your iPhone or iPad.
You will automatically be shown a call rundown.
Toggle between audio and video calls in the top menu.
