When I try to change my phone number on Apple ID it go to this page every time and I don’t have the phone number already on it

Do you have access to a computer where you can try to change the phone number on your Apple ID?
Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.

Try a forced restart.
