calendar

Hello, some website added a holiday calendar , I've been trying to delete it and can't find a way . I've tried to search in the accounts from settings and there's nothing .

it also prevents from adding new calendars to the app.

any idea how to fix the issue?

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

Settings > Calendar > Accounts. Any rogue entries in there? Delete them if so.
