I recently bought M1 Mac Mini. I have it connected to my Samsung 46 inch TV. It looks there is an overscan issue. The top menu bar cannot be seen. I have Big Sur 11.2.3.
I also don’t see the underscan slider bar in the Display settings.

From what I understand, Apple is promising to fix this. I had to go into my picture settings and adjust for overscan on my LG. Does your monitor allow that?
No...I don’t have those options in my Samsung TV.
Thank you! There was a Screen Fit option in TV Picture Size settings. It was kind of hidden as I had to scroll down. It worked with that option.
