My system storage and other storage is taking to much space

How do I get rid of system and other storage because they’re taking up too much space I can only hold up to 32GB and System and other combined take up 11GB

iPhone 7, iOS 14

You cannot control them.

The System storage is where iOS is installed (and perhaps other system files); you certainly wouldn't want to delete it. The Other storage is where cache files are stored; they allow you to have a more responsive device. This storage is actually dynamic, meaning that your phone will automatically delete some of those files when it needs storage for other things, e.g. new apps, music etc.
