You do not say what exact Mac this is...
if this an Intel Mac you can try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
NDR005
NDR006
There may be an issue with the trackpad. Unplug all peripherals and run the test again.
If it triggers the error again, as advise, for hardware issues

I had the same issue. Had the device exchanged twice. After all the bluetooth mouse (apple Magic Mouse 2) was responsible for all the trouble. Having removed the mouse (temporarily) to run another diagnosis, it didn't show the error any longer. After re-installing the mouse again, it showed the error again. So now I know it's nothing serious!
Yes, but you'll have to deinstall the mouse in the bluetooth settings completely. Do not only switch it off. The MacBook must not even know any longer that the mouse exists! After having done so, run another diagnosis. Good luck!
Best if you contact Apple support and give them those errors - use the link to contact support in the upper right corner of this page.
Same here. Diagnostic software has a bug with magic mouse is connected via bluetooth. Apple needs to fix this to avoid a pile of refurbished macbooks :-(

Thanks for the responses. It is a MacBook pro with M1 chip. I ran diagnostics with no peripherals attached.
Contacted Apple support, computer going back for repair replacement.
Good luck WVbaldy !

I had the same error message. Had the device exchanged twice. The second time I ran the diagnosis in the shop. It didn‘t show the error then. After the installation at home it showed it again. I guess it is some software issue
Interesting!! When my Mac comes back from the shop, I will try that is I still have a problem. Thanks.
