How to delete Reading List from screens

How do I delete "Reading List" from my screens? Big Sur OS, new computer. SHARED!

confidential info is now showing in "reading list" small panel to the left AND

on ;the 1st screen that comes up with Safari icons/favorites. Help!

Go Safari >> Preferences >> Websites >> on Left side are Categories >> Reader and Click OFF for the undesired Site from Reading List
