I got a message from my phone settings that my device is hacked and filled with viruses. I don't understand what to do or what application I can download to remove viruses

First do nothing. It is a SCAM..

It is not from Apple.

Do not install anything

Close Safari

Go to Settings, Safari and to to Clear History and website data.

Come back if the messages reoccur.
