iPhone 12 front camera is blurry and loud crackling sound coming from the camera

Blurry and buzzing noise when using the phone camera without taking and a picture and after picture is taken it’s blurry. The same issue occurs not matter what app I’m using and it’s only on the front camera and not the selfie camera
