I cannot see my family sharing purchase

Can someone help? I tried several times to open my son’s purchase in apple store on my device and it didn’t work. I add him in family sharing a month ago and everything was working fine till today! The device throw me out! I don’t know what happened! I also can’t receive the notification from ask to buy?! Is it something with my device? It is brand new only a month!
