Putting gmail on iphone

When I try to go to settings, and then passwords and accounts, I only have passwords. Where is it? This is such a silly question, but thanks for helping. I have a iphone 11pro. Thanks

Thank you for answering my question. Yes, this is what I want to do. I did find accounts in the settings, and added Gmail as a new account. Unfortunately, the gmail account is the wrong one and I don't think that you can change the email address. I will try and delete the account and open up another gmail account. My brain is just not functioning correctly right now as I am a new grandma to a micro preemie granddaughter. Thanks

Yes, deleting the incorrect account and adding the correct one is a sound approach.
