Change your password and add 2 Factor Authentication.

Secure Your Account:

What makes you suspect this? If you are suspicious of activity, then, by all means necessary, secure your account. I would consider opening a new eMail address, and use it for Apple only. Change the passwords not only for Apple, but also for other sites, as you may have those stored in the keychain. Go Here: Manage Passwords Using Keychains on Mac - Apple Support
