Can't install Rosetta on my new MacBook M1, install button beeps and does nothing

When trying to install Rosetta on my new Macbook M1, the install button beeps and doesn't nothing. What's blocking it?

Perhaps restart into Safe mode and try to run/install Rosetta2 again.
