I want to keep my number and phone but dont want the apple id what can so my previous apple id wont be link to the new one and the phone number?

If syncing photos with iCloud, ensure Optimization is turned off in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Photos and/or in Photos/Preferences/iCloud. Then make sure full resolution photos are on the device/computer. When signing out of iCloud, if asked whether you want to retain data, choose yes. If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
It wont let me sing out of my apple id it said due to restrictions someone that had access to my phone set a password to screen time and i dont know the code and it wont let me choose forgot passcode and i think she set limits to what i can do with apple id i can reset my code for apple id but that it cant reset passcode for screen time and cant sing out of my apple id
