I just got a new iPhone yesterday, I forgot to unpair my watch and now it will not allow me to pair it with my new phone.

how do you pair an Apple Watch that was paired with your old phone and now you have a new phone and it’s hasn’t been unpaired

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.

Then go here;

Pair the watch with my new phone.
