won't connect to internet on cell plan

new iPhone XR

I can't connect to the internet with Safari on cell plan, I can on wifi.


Cellular Data is activated (green)

Safari button is activated (green) under Cellular Data

I have bars on top right and LTE logo, and cellular plan network is shown on top left.


Apps tell me to activate cell data but it is active.

Contact your cellular provider for help with their service on your phone.
