As a precaution, change your password.
What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.
But doesn’t t the spam website have my apple id to hack my calendar in the first place? So even if i deleted the spam account from my calendar cant they re-hack it and send me the spam and virus links again?
Unless you qave them your account information they have absolutely no information about you, your phone, your accounts or anything else. Unless a user downloads a garbage app, or in some way interacts with the bogus messages, they are an annoyance, but not much more than that.
For clarification: the messages appeared in your calendar because you accepted an invitation from a website to send Notifications, or other such free offer.
No, when you inadvertently subscribed to the spam calendar, it was nothing more than spam. If you have already found the bogus calendar and deleted it, no further steps are required.

Then, you will need to provide details as to what you consider hacking before someone can offer relevant advice.
