Purchased from a Third-Party or Apple?:

If a Third Party:

Download the Installer — If this is a third-party app, then you’d download the update and install it. Ask the developer where to get the update. Do not use a third-party site, as you may end up installing malware. But just be wary of the data you are using to download items.

If Apple:

You may use a Hotspot of another Phone.
