Did you make the purchase on the computer or on your device? Occasionally new purchases can be hidden in your purchase history. Alternatively you may need to review your sync settings to make sure that new purchases would be automatically included in what gets synced to your iPhone.

I have purchased three songs this morning on I Tunes. So far I have transferred those to my I Pod but when I try to sync my SE I Phone they don't show up on my music library.
