2017 macbook pro battery icon stuck in charging

My Macbook Pro 15- inch 2017 's battery is not charging, however, the battery icon is showing that a power adapter is plugged in (the white charging symbol, rather than the black charging symbol that shows that the battery is charging) even when there is not a charger plugged in. However, this only happens sometimes but, in this state, I cannot charge my Macbook.

I have checked the battery condition of the laptop and it said that its condition is normal.

Also, I've tried resetting the SMC but it still doesn't fix the problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this or if Apple can fix this?

Battery Management.

How battery health management helps

The battery health management feature in macOS 10.15.5 is designed to improve your battery's lifespan by reducing the rate at which it chemically ages. The feature does this by monitoring your battery's temperature history and its charging patterns.

Based on the measurements that it collects, battery health management may reduce your battery's maximum charge when in this mode. This happens as needed to ensure that your battery charges to a level that's optimized for your usage—reducing wear on the battery, and slowing its chemical aging. Battery health management also uses the measurements to calculate when your battery needs service.
