How do I turn off the calls and notifications from my Apple Watch so I can hear my phone ring? I have tried turning off notifications and that does not work

Notifications go to your watch.

That is the way it is meant to work.

Notifications through iPhone and Apple Watch I have an iPhone 13 and an Apple Watch Series 7. At night I set my iPhone to do not disturb, which also automatically sets my watch to do not disturb. I have an exemption for one app, my baby monitor app, to allow notifications. This app makes a tweeting noise when there is a notification. For some reason though when there is a notification its pinging through my watch very quietly and I can't hear it while I'm sleeping. The ringer on my phone is on and the ringer volume is all the way up. How do I get the notification to come through on my phone instead of my watch?

How to stop call notifications on Apple Watch? I've been trying to turn off my Apple Watch's call notifications, but no matter what I do, the watch face still shows that I have an incoming call and the name of the caller. I need to disable this while I'm working, but all I've been able to do is turn off the sounds and haptics, the notification still pops up. I've gone into the Watch app on my iPhone and turned off notifications for the Phone, I've also turned off "Show Summary When Locked" in the general Watch notifications settings. Is there another setting that gets around this somehow? I've been testing this by having my wife call me, but even if I remove her from my favourites the calls still come through.
