How do I enable my account in the App Store?

My daughter’s iPad would not allow me to update her apps. The message “the account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” keeps appearing, I have try to reset the account and passwords, it still doesn’t seem to be working.

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
