itunes stealed money

iTunes steals 31$ from my bank account and WITHOUT PERMISSION. i am pretty sure that i didn't subscribe iTunes. i wanted to report it in apple support but when i asked for a refund PURCHASE HISTORY WASN'T SEEN. if u have the same problem please please help me.. i don't know how can i refund my money. SHAME ON U APPLE!

First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages pretending to be from Apple are unfortunately very common.


But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
