Sending SMS messages from iPad
Hello. I have a cellular iPad. Is it possible to send SMS messages to non-iPhones from my iPad? Thank you.

It is not. Your iPad is not a cellular telephone.
If you happen to also own an iPhone, you may use Text Message Forwarding to forward SMS messages from your iPhone to your iPad and vice versa.
