I was wrongly billed for this. I never used this application and received no confirmation of this Subscription.

The app name is LiveCollage and I was billed $39.99

See this link on what to do is you see a charge on your account you don't recognize. Do check your credit card directly though to ensure you didn't receive a phishing scam email.
