12 Pro Max Brightness Dimming Even put that at maximum

My phone brightness is instantly down and the brightness stay like 20% even I put the brightness at maximum

It happened while i was charging and playing LOL about 3 matches mostly. Happening in using social Media is rare.

Is that normal?
