Super drive and 2021 IPad Pro
Does anybody know if the new 202112.9 inch iPad thunderbolt connection support an Apple Super Drive?

iOS/iPadOS does not support connection of optical media drives of any type. As such, direct access to optical media (CD, DVD, BD) is not possible.
You’ll need to access this material using another computer, such as PC or Mac, that support optical media.
