Missing gift card balance

I redeemed an iTunes gift card on my iPad about 2 months ago. I checked my balance right after redeeming and the balance was correct. I have not purchased anything since then and now my balance is zero. I've signed out, signed in, checked online, checked on my phone, checked on my iPad. Still zero.


Where did my balance go?

iPad Pro 10.5-inch, Wi-Fi, Cellular
