How do you gift a playlist??
I can't figure out how to gift an entire playlist in my library to another iTunes user. Is this still possible?

If you are referring to sharing purchased music as a gift from iTunes. That is no longer a supported feature. You can however, share playlist that you have in Music app. You do so by going to the playlist, tapping the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner. And select you perfered method of sharing. Hopefully this helps. Feel free to provide more details of the issue if not.
