I don’t find apps named “Your”.

Which applications might those be?

What happens when you try?

Are you downloading from the Mac App Store, or from the vendor’s website?

If from Apple, some sort of Apple ID verification requirement?

The versions of that app appear to be for iPadOS, and not for macOS.
