i just upgraded my iPhone 12 Pro Max to IOS 14.5.1. 3 days ago. Since yesterday my apps freeze and rarely open, my iPhone restarts constantly and the device experience is no longer enjoyable.
Q1. How many others have this experience

Please see: If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly - Apple Support, If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support, and If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support.
If issues still occur, contact Apple for a Diagnostic Test, and if needed, repair: Get Support.

It’s a software problem that occurred only after updating to IOS 14.5.1. I have not installed any new apps since before then and my apps are updated. I have wiped my iPhone and downloaded new copy of the IOS. Still same result.
shut down is unpredictable and might occur once in a while or several times in a 5 minutes spell.
app freeze is still the same.
please help
