My kids disabled my iPad from attempting to sneak on to it one too many times. I proceeded to connect it to my MacBook to reset it, when iTunes recommended updating it. The update installed without any issues. Afterwards, I went to shut off my iPad so I can restore it through iTunes but it simply won't shut off no matter how long I press the top button (it has a home screen button). Any ideas?
