Problem with Mail app. Macbook Pro. macOS BigSur

I try to open de app, and the window does not open. I have tried everything (force quit, restarting, shutting down) but problem persists.

Uninstall any and all third party Antivirus, Cleaners, Optimizers, VPN, speeder uppers....

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. You can log in and test, reboot as normal and test.

If no resolve—

There is no stand alone Mail.app to re-install— the way it is done is re-install the macOS on top of your existing macOS (non-destructive) to sort anomalies.
