iPhone XS Max Camera, Flashlight, Face ID won't work

This issue started a few hours ago when I am unable to unlock my phone using Face ID then I noticed my flashlight and Camera (front and back) are just showing a black screen and not working... WhatsApp, Snapchat, and other apps can't start either of the cameras and everything was fine not until after the iOS 14.5.1 update!

Don't advise me to restart my phone, reset settings as I have done this several times and I see there are similar issues in the community.

When will this issue be addressed?
