I've changed my phone number in my iphone but i when i try to change password they ask for my old one , whats wrong guys?

You have to change the phone number on your Apple ID to get asked for your new phone number. If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option.
