Charging IPhone 11

What is best for my iPhone 11 using the original cable to charge it or can I use a old iPhone cable that fits to charge it. Will it damage my phone using a different cable?

You're probably okay using any cable that matches the connectors. You will notice on the cables that Apple sells that there are no iPhone models specified.
